Delivery and shipping costs
La Maison du Pérou carefully delivers all its products throughout France and Europe.
For mainland France, customers can choose delivery via La Poste's Colissimo service with tracking.
For the European Union, Eastern European countries, Switzerland, Norway, and the Maghreb, customers can also choose delivery via La Poste's Colissimo service with tracking (Zone B according to La Poste).
For customers who are able to pick up their order in person, we offer free in-store pickup (20 rue Saint Rémi, 33000 Bordeaux). Please allow 4 hours after order confirmation.
Shipping rates vary depending on the weight of the package. You can find these rates on the La Poste website (https://www.laposte.fr/) under the Colissimo section.
As a guide, delivery times from the date of shipment are 48 hours for mainland France and 2 to 3 weeks for other destinations. La Maison du Pérou is committed to shipping orders within 72 hours of confirmation.
As soon as your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you by email.
